• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Enquiries submitted through this website are currently processed and stored by our backend in the European Union, with a planned move to a South African region. This is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe we have not handled your personal information in line with POPIA, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa), the body responsible for enforcing POPIA.
