TenaCheck brings tenancy history together with community-driven ratings — rent-payment timeliness, property condition, neighbour conduct, and lease compliance — into one searchable profile, built mobile-first for the South African context and POPIA-aware by design. The demo shows a sample profile with redacted, illustrative data; it is a work in progress, not a launched product.
